The sanctuary operates all year round, despite rain and other mild weather conditions. Customer cancellations due to weather will not be refunded
Infants aged 1-3 years old are Free of charge. Children aged 4-10 years old are charged at the children rate. This also applies to children not taller than 120 centimeters
You should notify the sanctuary in advance if you have food allergies, special dietary requirements, or limited mobility. Guests who are pregnant or wheelchair-bound are also required to inform the sanctuary and will need to sign a waiver
Yes, round-trip transportation is included, but it is from a specific meeting point at the "EJS Pattaya office
